You can get acces to the Thematic Map Wizard with clicking on Creat with Wizard... in the Thematic Map panel. It opens the starting page with the explanation of the wizard and the thematic map. You can Add new theme to the map with entering a new name or load settings from xml file. Per default, the last thematic map xml file will be loaded or can be choosen with the [...]-button. It's possible to Modify an existing theme as well.
