OCAD Transfer Form for OCAD Subscription



OCAD Single User license:
There is no need to fill out this form! Simply install OCAD on the new device and begin the activation process. During this process, you will have the option to deactivate the license on the old device. You can then complete the activation process yourself.


OCAD Team license:
Please use the License Transfer Utility in the OCAD Help menu to transfer a license to a different device/user. Only use this form if you can no longer access your licence, e.g. a total failure of the hard disk.
