The Server Client function is part of the OCAD Enterprise Edition. Is planned to be released in fall 2012. As for current it is tested in an private BETA. The following pages provide an overview of what is possible with it. All functionality stated on this pages is subject to change without prior notification. Furthermore the functionality of the final release may be different.
Introduction
With OCAD Enterprise it is possible to work simultaneously on a certain map project. The collaboration can be achieved either internally (with in a company) or distributed over the internet. For fieldwork it is also possible to take a certain portion of the map offline and re-sync the date with the online project after finishing the fieldwork.
