1. If the rulers are not visible, ceck Show - Ruler Guide in the View menu.
2. Drag from the horizontal ruler to create a horizontal guide.
3. Drag from the vertical ruler to create a vertical guide.
4. or choose Manage - Ruler Guide in View menu.
