With OCAD Enterprise it is possible to work simultaneously on a certain map project. The collaboration can be achieved either internally (with in a company) or distributed over the internet. VPN connection is recommended. For fieldwork it is also possible to take a certain portion of the map offline and re-sync the date with the online project after finishing the fieldwork.

The Client Server function is part of the OCAD Enterprise Edition. It is planned to be released in fall 2012. Currently, it is tested in an private BETA phase. Note that functions, dialogs and terms may change during the BETA test. Therefore, functions may be different at the time of the release.
