We are pleased to inform you of the formation of OCAD AG. The private Limited Company has been formed under Swiss Law and was registered on 18th May 2005.

The Company has been formed to continue the development of the OCAD software produced by Steinegger Software. All software produced by that sole proprietorship has been transferred to OCAD AG.

The new Company will have to comply with the legal requirements of Swiss law. We would however hope to continue our existing relationships with our individual software engineers, our agents and our customers. We look forward to developing this co-operation.

During this development phase we are looking to settle our agent policy and our marketing plans. We will keep you informed but until that time the existing conditions will be valid.

We are starting to refine a Business Plan in which our long term development objectives will be formulated. A vital part of this will be consultation with OCAD 9 users.
